Archive Tickets
Archived tickets leave Open Jobs and the dashboard but stay in the database. You can find them any time under the Archived tab and unarchive them.
Delete Tickets

Deleted tickets are removed from every view and written to the Delete Log in Admin Tools with a full snapshot. Admin or leadership can restore them from there.
